Wine Route

To get to the vineyard area of Lanzarote, we recommend crossing Arrecife and arriving to the district called San Francisco Javier.

From there you have to take the road towards Güime. You will find a long climb but it has no steep ramps and very few traffic.

You have to pass the village of Güime and continue going up to Masdache. Once there, you have finished the climb and are on the road to La Geria (with reduced speed limit in favour of the cyclists).

In La Geria you will find the main wineries of the island: El Grifo, Vega de Yuco, Rubicón or Bodegas La Geria.

OUR RECOMMENDATION: Trekking bike or mountain bike.
